My next Cotswold Natural Mindfulness walk is at the enchanted woods in Cranham (3 miles from Painswick) on Sunday 19th June. This is the perfect destination to reconnect with nature and my favourite place to paint. These are pictures of me below painting 'en plein air'.
I actually found this beautiful view very soon after I arrived at Cranham recently. Fully loaded with easel, paints, sponges, tripod, lunch, etc. I proceeded to walk the entire woodland before deciding this really was the perfect spot!
The photo above is a great representation of the peace, serenity and reflection you get whilst in Cranham. On entering the woodlands, you are transported to natures paradise; the surround sound of streams and birds has a resonance that is more powerful than anywhere else I've visited. This will be one of the Cotswold Natural Mindfulness practices that we'll be exercising.
The 'Cranham Woodland Walk' will take place on Sunday 19th June, meeting at 9:45 to start walking at 10:00am from the village hall car park at Cranham (well behaved dogs welcome). The walk will be approximately 2 hours and some of us may end up in local pub The Black Horse afterwards.
To book your place, either click 'Going' on the Facebook event / Meetup or contact me on the email address below.
It's £20 per month to sign up for all the Cotswold Natural Mindfulness walks
